Operations Manager Summary
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, The Operations Manager is responsible for all planning, staffing, operation, and direction of the redistribution center.

Operations Manager Duties
Assists/supports supervisor(s) to ensure policies and procedures are being followed Oversees with supervisor(s) the evaluation of all warehouse employees Establishes an appropriate rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery drivers Oversees accuracy of all in-bound shipments, reports discrepancies Oversees other shipping records such as returned merchandise, damage, discrepancies, etc. Responsible for oversight of inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts Provides training on processes and procedures Communicates business plans and departmental goals and objectives Promotes and enforce workplace safety procedures and measures for the distribution center Operations Manager Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience Minimum 3 years of inventory control and SKU management experience High degree of attention to detail Effective ability to interface with all levels within the organization Moderate level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to safely lift 50 lbs.
