We are a
rapidly growing marketing agency
that partners with nationally recognized
nonprofit organizations
to amplify their missions through
event-based outreach, grassroots marketing, and face-to-face community engagement .
We're currently hiring a
Junior Marketing Associate
to support the coordination and execution of live promotional events and nonprofit campaigns. This is a
full-time, entry-level position
that offers
paid training, hands-on experience, and a clear path to leadership
—no cold calling, no cubicles, just impactful, people-first work.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll work directly with our
Operations Manager and campaign teams
to create meaningful public experiences that drive awareness and donor engagement for important social causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of
live events, pop-up activations, and outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients with
professionalism, enthusiasm, and purpose
Deliver
exceptional customer service
and educate the public on important causes
Track event data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
Participate in team training on
leadership, branding, and campaign strategy
Support event logistics, booth setup, and on-site coordination
Help maintain client relationships and build
community trust and engagement

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in
customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
preferred
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a
plus—not required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow professionally
Coachable, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Passion for
nonprofit work, public service, or community involvement
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
