Your Role: Restaurant Operations Partner As a Restaurant Operations Partner, you will take the lead in developing a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence. You'll work collaboratively with Family Members to create a thriving restaurant atmosphere where everyone feels valued and motivated. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, inspiring your team to embrace Whataburger's core values and celebrate team achievements. Provide mentorship and coaching to Family Members, helping to shape their development and foster a positive work environment. Facilitate clear communication among team members, sharing best practices and addressing performance areas collaboratively. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment that meets Whataburger's high standards. Identify and nurture talent within the team, creating tailored development plans for future leaders. Engage with customers to enhance their experience, addressing any concerns with care and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor key performance metrics and financial goals to drive restaurant success. Recruit and train new Family Members, ensuring adequate staffing levels to support operational needs. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and coach effectively. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of budgeting and financial planning. Ability to prepare and present ideas clearly and effectively. Working Conditions: Must be able to work full-time and flexible shifts based on restaurant needs. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and collaborations. Must maintain a valid driver's license and comply with Whataburger's transportation policies.
