Now Hiring: Toolroom Maintenance Mechanic
Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a Toolroom Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You'll spend most of your time supporting the set up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our production equipment-while also supporting the toolroom and machining department.
What You'll Do
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging and production equipment
Spend 80-90% of your time in the packaging area, assisting with machine setup and upkeep
Troubleshoot and support automated control systems, including vertical and horizontal cartoners
Work with 3-phase motors and electrical systems up to 480 volts - training will be provided
Collaborate with operators to resolve equipment issues and optimize performance
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to fabricate parts used in machine repair or process improvement
Contribute to facility-wide maintenance tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
Mechanical and machine troubleshooting
Electrical troubleshooting including 3 phase wiring and handling systems up to 480 volts beneficial
Experience with preventative maintenance
Ability to operate CNC machinery including mills and lathes
