This culinary professional will be supporting Nest on Four.
Nest on Four - Downtown Atlanta Sports Bar -
Ideally located near Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, Nest on Four is Atlanta's newest sports bar, delivering an upscale, chef-driven experience designed for discerning sports fans.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of professional culinary experience, with a focus on high-volume restaurants and sports bar environments. A strong understanding of elevated service standards is essential. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, efficiency in fast-paced settings, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Experience in large-scale or big-box hotel operations is preferred but not required. The position reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine and is responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 Line Cooks
Shift Pattern:
Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This position primarily supports lunch and dinner service and requires flexibility for late closing shifts.
Pay Rate:
$24.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Oversee and prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
Oversee and maintain cleanliness and food sanitation
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
Stock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s)
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, assisting with evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work and delivering recognition and reward
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
