Position Summary We are seeking a
Junior Brand Manager
to support its U.S. operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about international brand management, trade marketing, and the wine import industry. The position will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its wholesaler network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain daily communication with 40+ wholesalers across the U.S. Ensure delivery and alignment of marketing and communication assets. Collaborate with Ventisquero Wine Estate (Chile) to adapt global marketing materials for the U.S. market. Support trade marketing initiatives and execution of brand strategies. Assist in developing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Participate in training sessions in Chile to gain a deep understanding of the brand and operations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus Understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market dynamics Interest in international business, wine, or brand management. • Spanish proficiency is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. work authorization required) 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar field (internships accepted)
