What You Will Learn:
The Analyst, Customer Supply Chain (CVS) will drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment with the external customer and their customer team throughout the item life cycle in the total supply chain. This role will influence the customer's orders, forecast, and plan, and help manage the supply chain relationship with the customer. Utilizing customer systems and joint business targets, the CPFR Analyst will analyze data trends to support the business planning and execution processes through accurate order management. This role will also help facilitate the accurate planning and execution of new launches, displays, and other programs as needed. The candidate should have an understanding of replenishment, sales, and inventories to help drive best drive best-in-class partnership and processes. This role will be also responsible for building relationships with internal contacts including Commercial teams, Demand Planning, Business Planning, Finance, and other functions when required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent level of experience Proficiency with MS Office required, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Power BI helpful, but not required; SAP experience helpful. 1-3 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with internal and external partners Ability to structure and conduct supply chain analyses with particular emphasis on customer collaborative results. Ability to understand impact of decisions and changes to End to End Supply Chains to convert strategy into results. Strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of:
Use of quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems Data management/databases Mass market retail environment Consumer marketing Supply chain operations
Salary Range: $69,800- $78,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
