Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Acworth, GA. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting internal teams with order management and communication. Key Accountabilities:
Provide responsive customer service regarding material and order status via phone and email
Coordinate issue resolution between customers and internal departments (Contract Administration, Purchasing, Finance, Plant, etc.)
Meet internal sales and service goals while monitoring your own progress
Create, update, and maintain reports related to orders, issues, and sales performance
Perform order entry and assist with quote preparation as needed
Consistently demonstrate TKMNA employee competencies and attributes
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
Solid computer skills (beyond basic proficiency)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to resolve issues effectively and go above and beyond for the customer
Self-starter with a dependable work ethic and a focus on achieving results
Flexible and available for overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree
Experience in the metals industry, especially in customer service, sales, or purchasing roles
