Opportunity
Contribute to advancing the Kohler Brand by assisting Kohler Design Center customers realize their kitchen and bath aspirations and influencing Kohler sales across all businesses.
Specific Responsibilities Develop product knowledge across the Kohler plumbing products. Greet guests, consult with and specify product for small/medium customer projects. Qualify customers in order to provide the appropriate level of service and promote design appointments. Develop a level of comfort giving small group tours of the Kohler Design Center, including the museum. Develop a design vocabulary. Begin developing leadership skills. Skills/Requirements
High School Diploma required Strong customer service orientation Self-motivated Confident conversationalist Pleasant phone presence Interest in design recommended Some weekend work required
