Job Criteria (Expectations and Responsibilities)
Must-Haves:
● 1-2 years experience in social media marketing or content creation (or a strong portfolio)
● Excellent written and verbal communication
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
● Ability to engage and grow audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
● Creative thinker with an eye for trends and local culture
● Strong organizational and project management skills
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Immersion (Weeks 1–2)
○ Participate in team activities and rotate through various roles (front desk, birthday party setup, customer support)
Learn Funbox's voice, brand values, and customer base
○ Get familiar with how daily operations impact guest experiences
Content Strategy
○ Build a monthly content calendar (events, holidays, promotions, etc.)
○ Develop and manage social media campaigns (e.g., birthday promos, school holidays)
○ Plan real-time content around what’s happening at the park
○ Practice building creatives using brand templates
Content Creation & Scheduling
○ Capture in-park footage (kids playing, birthday parties, staff highlights)
○ Post daily/weekly across platforms (Instagram Stories/Reels, TikTok, etc.)
○ Write engaging captions and incorporate calls to action
Community Engagement ○ Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
○ Manage google/yelp reviews and parent/community questions
○ Run contests, giveaways, and “highlight of the week” features
Influencer & Collab Outreach
○ Identify and coordinate with local family influencers
Plan and execute influencer days/events
○ Maintain collaboration tracking sheet
Analytics & Reporting
○ Track engagement, growth, and content performance
○ Report key metrics and suggest improvements
