Rate Range: $65-$70.37/Hr

Job Description: Our scope includes:

Goals-based planning tools, including building retirement and education plans Robo-investing experiences that align portfolios with a clients personal goals Experiences that educate clients and support them when taking distributions from retirement accounts Collaborative tools for advisory clients that enhance the planning and investment process between them and their Financial Advisors Responsibilities:

Partner closely with your UX Lead and product team to define the vision and set the bar for quality standards while helping to improve work that does not meet this threshold Design intuitive and elegant experiences that empower our users Work closely with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions which then translate into clear, simple UIs Work within our robust design system to create consistent, accessible experiences as well as collaborate with our Design Language team to help evolve the system and contribute new patterns to the shared library Design holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly with the other Planning tools as well as into our larger Wealth Management product ecosystem Create and present a variety of design deliverables (wireframes, user flows and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions within the team and the greater organization Play a critical role in designing user-centered solutions for our complex array of planning tools Sit on a cross-functional team where you will work directly with product management, business analysts, and development Relevant experience and mindset Thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and value being on a diverse team that you can bounce ideas off of, get critical feedback from, and unite to mature design thinking in a large organization Practice active listening and contribute to group situations (brainstorms, audits, critiques, whiteboard sessions, etc.) Have a high tolerance for projects with ambiguity and the ability to set the direction for undefined, complex projects re resilient in the face of obstacles Enjoy teaching stakeholders your thought process and bringing them along on the journey you took to get to your final design recommendation You must have...

n outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs (Please note: Applications with no portfolio link/attachment and/or password will not be considered) 3-7 years of experience as a UX designer as a key contributor to the success of products that have launched mastery of strategic, hard, and soft UX skills Bachelor's degree in design or related field Fluency in Figma The ability to work with and coach more junior-level designers relentless desire to validate assumptions and uncover a problem's root cause by testing, learning, and iterating The drive to seek opportunities to evangelize and promote design thinking in a large organization Time and stakeholder management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities with tight timelines Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do hands-on work The ability to glean insights from data and incorporate them into design solutions You ideally have...

Previous experience designing in finance master's degree in HCI or a related field dvanced prototyping skills (think: Figma conditional logic, variables, etc. Although we have been known to love a good Axure prototype!)
