Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables using structured project management tools

Identify and collaborate with external partners—including raw material suppliers, toll manufacturers, research institutions, and customers—for joint development, technical validation, or process improvement initiatives

Drive technology transfer from bench scale to pilot and production scale, working with cross functional teams to enable pigment production

Troubleshoot technical issues related to yield, consistency, particle morphology, and dispersion behavior

Ensure all work meets EHS, product stewardship, and quality standards

Present technical findings, project updates, and strategic proposals to stakeholders including partners, internal customers and internal leadership

Contribute to Intellectual Property strategy through documentation of novel processes or formulations

Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related field

5+ years of experience in pigment product development, preferably in inkjet pigment, dye, or specialty chemical industries

In-depth understanding of organic synthesis, particle engineering, and pigment performance criteria

Demonstrated success in managing R&D or technical innovation projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing

Familiarity with testing and characterization methods such as colorimetry, particle size analysis, BET, FTIR, DSC, HPLC, and XRD

Proficiency with project management

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across disciplines and cultures

Attributes:

Experience in inkjet, coatings, plastics, or textile pigment applications

Knowledge of pigment-related regulatory and safety standards (e.g., REACH, TSCA, GHS)

Understanding of surface modification, dispersion technologies, or grinding/classification equipment

Exposure to stage-gate innovation processes and customer-driven product development

Benefits:

Competitive total compensation package

Medical, dental and vision on 1st day
