. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our Terminals/Enraf products, ensuring that our customers can effectively manage their operations and maximize productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enraf Tank Gauging Systems:

Installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining Honeywell Enraf tank gauging equipment for accurate liquid level measurements.

Terminal Automation:

Managing systems that control loading, unloading, and transfer of bulk liquids.

System Integration:

Ensuring Enraf systems integrate with

instrumentation and I&E personnel

and other automation platforms.

Conduct training sessions for customers on product operation and maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex technical issues

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues

Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role

Experience with

Honeywell Enraf, FMC, or similar tank gauging systems

Strong knowledge of

industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Experience with customer service and providing technical support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure
