Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking an experienced Journeyman Maintenance Technician III to join our Resort Maintenance team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the resort's buildings, systems, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Ideal candidates are skilled in multiple trades and thrive in a dynamic and unique resort environment.

Who you are Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in general building maintenance, repair, and systems troubleshooting Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills - certifications required Ability to be lead technician for project work Ability to act as lead technician in the event the department manager is not available Familiarity with safety protocols, building codes, and OSHA regulations Experience in hospitality, resort, or commercial property maintenance - preferred Ability to start all APU's in village homes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Train others in skilled work Basic snow removal knowledge (shoveling required) Ability to operate over-the-snow equipment should be above average What you will do
