In this rewarding role, you will provide essential care and support, helping individuals gain independence and improve their quality of life. You will have the chance to build lasting connections and contribute positively to our community. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Support Professional, your duties may include, but are not limited to: Adhering to established agency policies and procedures. Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Implementing and following individualized care plans and behavioral support programs. Facilitating community integration and social activities for clients. Maintaining high standards of conduct and courtesy when interacting with clients, their families, coworkers, and the community, while promoting positive interactions. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies. Monitoring and documenting client progress, behaviors, and incidents. Keeping a clean and organized living environment for clients. Assisting clients with transportation to appointments and community outings. QUALIFICATIONS: No prior job-related experience is necessary! Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. If you are currently pursuing your HS Diploma or GED, please reach out to us for potential opportunities. A valid, current driver's license is required. The ability to pass a background check in compliance with company standards. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
