Job Title: DIRECT HIRE - Maintenance Lead Technician (Night Shift)
Pay: $34-35/hr (raises every 6 months based on performance)
Location: Piedmont, SC
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Transitioning to 12-hour shifts)
Overtime: As needed
Benefits: Full benefits (details provided during the interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production needs, ensuring support for production demands.
Plan and assign tasks to technicians on shift.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
Ensure maximum system efficiency and minimal downtime.
Provide training and instructions to team members.
Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available for tasks.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair controls and components (120 VAC, 24 VDC).
PLC: Troubleshoot and edit programs.
Pneumatics: Understand and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits.
Mechanical: High-level troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.
Robotics: Point teaching, programming, and movement modifications.
Welding: Proficient in SMAW/Stick or GMAW/Mig welding.
Hydraulics: Understand and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.
Utilities: Air compressor troubleshooting and repair.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
