What you will do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies. Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
What we're looking for:
Experience: 0-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably agency. Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. People Person: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Driven: Self-motivated, service focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple positions at once.
