What You'll Be Doing
Assist with routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems under supervision
Support preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
Participate in training programs to build technical skills and knowledge
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance
Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
