As a Survey Researcher on the Reputation Marketing & Insights team, you will measure marketing campaign effectiveness through surveys. You will design, execute, and analyze high-impact campaign measurement across multiple geographies. The work will challenge you to be resourceful, think big while staying connected to the details, translate advanced analytics into strategic direction, and embrace a high degree of change and ambiguity at speed. This role requires experience managing complex research initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners, and translating insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

The right candidate possesses endless curiosity and passion for understanding perceptions and what drives them. You have end-to-end experience conducting robust large-scale surveys, as well as strong analytical skills. You have proficiency in diving deep into large amounts of data and combining multiple data points to translate research into actionable insights/recommendations. You are an excellent writer who can effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations through written documents, presentations, and other internal communication channels. You are a creative problem-solver who seeks to deeply understand the business/communications so you can tailor research that informs stakeholder decision making and strategic messaging tactics.

Key job responsibilities

Design and manage the execution of surveys with multiple vendors and in different geographies

Analyze survey data and deliver actionable insights that inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.

Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations through presentations, papers, and other internal communication channels

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Reputation Marketing & Insights is a team within Amazon's Communication & Corporate Responsibility organization that focuses on telling Amazon's story to key audiences. We elevate truths about our brand. We meet our audiences where they are and go deep on channel-specific creative. We build marketing plans that persuade our core audiences through best-in-class media tactics and measurement methodology that enables us to optimize towards the principles and platforms that achieve real-world outcomes. Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

Experience in brand/reputation tracking

Experience communicating research to executive leaders and audiences that do not have a technical background

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels

Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, with an ability to move fast and adapt to change

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
