What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:
Provide hands-on personal care (assisting with walking, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders and transportation support (if authorized)
Engage in meaningful conversation and companionship
Encourage hobbies and activities that bring joy to the client
Observe and report any changes in condition or behavior
Maintain open communication with clients, families, and team members
Document care tasks using user-friendly tools
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CNA or HCA license (required)
Minimum
1 year of professional caregiving experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and respond to client needs with professionalism
Must be at least 18 years old
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with mobility
Must pass Washington State background checks and exclusion screenings
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to commute within our service area and respond promptly to assigned shifts
For those providing transportation: valid insurance that meets WA minimum coverage
