Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines What Makes You a Great Fit:
