two experienced Plumbing Estimators

to join their high-performing team. Estimators each have their own private office and are part of a tight-knit department that is one of the most valued within the organization. This position is primarily focused on

digital bidding and takeoffs

rather than site visits. Candidates must have hands-on experience estimating

plumbing systems

for commercial or institutional construction projects. The team is collaborative, fun, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed take-offs of plumbing systems (no unit pricing) Use Bluebeam and Trimble Estimation software to prepare estimates Analyze bid documents, drawings, contracts, and specifications Issue RFIs, request vendor quotes, and prepare competitive bids Participate in scope review meetings and project hand-offs Coordinate closely with project management and purchasing teams Required Qualifications: At least

6 months of plumbing estimating experience

(more is preferred) Proficiency in

Bluebeam

and general computer skills (Excel, Word, Adobe) Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components (including fittings, offsets, rough-ins) Ability to read and interpret extensive estimating documents Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospitals, labs, airports, universities, or healthcare facilities Familiarity with
