What You'll Do You'll be wearing many hats - recruiter, onboarding specialist, leave administrator, and employee engagement champion. You'll welcome new employees and volunteers, guide them through their first day, and be a trusted point of contact throughout their journey with us.
You'll coordinate performance reviews, ensure employment law compliance, and help identify career path opportunities that encourage people to stay and grow. You'll also serve on our Safety Committee and support our teams by identifying and addressing personal and professional barriers - because our goal is for everyone to thrive.
Our tools of the trade include Applicant Pro/Isolved, SkillSurvey, Paycom, Relias, and more. Familiarity with these systems (or the ability to learn quickly) will help you hit the ground running.

What You Bring You're a professional with a heart for people and a mind for detail. You're organized, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You bring:
A degree in HR or Business Administration
or
3+ years of HR experience with a SHRM-CP.
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
A track record of strong communication, time management, and decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (or the ability to learn them quickly).
A valid driver's license and safe driving history.
