The Maintenance Technician is an integral part of our Maintenance team based out of our US - Sarasota, FL site.
Hourly rate range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
Position Details
Phibro Biotechnics is a worldwide leader in the development of bioproducts for a large range of bioremediation and bioaugmentation applications including wastewater, soil/ground water, industrial and consumer products, poultry, and agriculture. We are seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our maintenance team in this fulltime position. This position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm, with some weekend work and OT potential. The position will be responsible for the safe and overall efficient operation of the production line equipment and facilities. Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot all facilities utilities Perform equipment preventive maintenance Install, maintain and troubleshoot motors, switches, control components, solenoids, etc. Maintain a positive working relationship Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP practices Key Competencies

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility 1 year of experience in industrial equipment maintenance HazMat experience a plus
Physical Requirements
