Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Maintenance Technician

to support our screen printing operations. This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment including screen printing presses, dryers, cooler fans, and facility systems. Ideal candidates will have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems, with a hands-on approach to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities : Perform routine preventive maintenance on screen printing presses, conveyor dryers, cooler fans, and air compressors. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment. Maintain and repair facility plumbing, lighting, and minor HVAC components as needed. Inspect and maintain pneumatic systems and ensure proper air pressure and air flow for presses and related equipment. Monitor and maintain safety standards for equipment and work areas. Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Requirements

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred. Working knowledge of electrical (120V/240V), plumbing, basic carpentry skills and pneumatic systems. Experience with screen printing equipment and dryers is a plus. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Basic hand and power tool proficiency. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Standing or walking for long periods in a production environment.
