SummaryJob Description:OB Surgical Technician- Part Time, DaysStatus: Part TimeShift: First*Weekend Only Program*Job Summary:The OB Surgical Technician, under the direction and supervision of an RN or MD performs activities concerned with preparation, assistance, and clean up for vaginal deliveries and surgical procedures in Labor and Delivery.Responsibilities: Knowledge of operative procedures.Demonstrates knowledge of and utilizes principles of aseptic technique. Performs secretarial duties as necessary and assists in cleaning and stocking. Assists RNs in direct patient care.
