Job Summary and Qualifications Paramedic jobs involve responding to emergency calls, providing advanced life support, and ensuring patient stability during transport. Paramedics assess patients, administer treatments, and direct EMTs. They also maintain ambulances, equipment, and ensure compliance with protocols. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Treatment Transport and Communication Equipment and Supply Management Compliance and Protocol Adherence What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Other-Fingerprint Required Current Paramedic license in Florida. Ability to perform invasive procedures under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of human growth and development and appropriate patient care Experience with critical care transports (if applicable). They provide the same emergency treatment for adults and children. We are located in the city of Atlantis. We are near the coastal cities of Lake Worth and Boynton Beach.
