Jobs via Dice Responsibilities: Build relationships with business partners and users to run projects that achieve essential business capabilities Provide expertise on Coupa processes and applications Document and develop business process flows, requirements, and design Translate requirements to stories and guide execution, deploying Coupa best practices Hands-on with Coupa supplier enablement, punchouts & catalogs, PO cXML, invoice transmission, workflow, invoice dispute, invoice posting in SAP, FIT Gap analysis, Coupa release upgrade Support the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Coupa Prepare design documents for enhancements Support audit processes to meet SOX and internal compliance Liaise with the business to assess changes in business objects Monitor and report on P2P tool usage, and develop improvement plans Assess implications of new software releases and support change management
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with Procure to Pay systems 3-5 years of experience with the Coupa platform Experience with Coupa integrations with SAP and other systems Strong knowledge of financial processes like Procure to Pay, Inventory, R2R, Contract Lifecycle Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders Excellent communication skills
The pay range is an estimate and may vary based on various factors. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
