Assistant Nurse Manager - HVIS Interventional Labs
Full Time - 80 hours/pay

ChristianaCare is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the Heart and Vascular Intervention Service (HVIS). This includes the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Vascular & Neuro Interventional Radiology, and Endovascular Neurosurgery. The role shares 24-hour responsibility and accountability for operational activities with the Nurse Manager.

Education & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's preferred
Master's degree in nursing required within 5 years of start date
At least three years of experience in Interventional Labs (Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, Endovascular, or Neuro) required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Appropriate specialty certification required
Current RN licensure in Delaware or eligible to work in Delaware required
Current BLS certification required
