OverviewThe RTV Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned department. This position requires a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office as well as the ability to communicate effectively when dealing with other associates, supervisors, operations managers, and staff. Depending on work volume, the Admin can also be tasked with various tasks from other departments when needed.1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pmIf a current team member referred you, please select the link that was sent to you from the team member and apply using that link.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for Return to Vendor departmentCoordinate administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesMaintain and create SOPs, Training Checklists, and related documentationAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsAssure administrative functions are processed in a timely mannerProperly follow company and OSHA safety proceduresBring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR managerFollow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainingsMaintain confidentiality at all timesAll other duties as assignedReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Required to sit (stationary position) at a computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required communicate using various methods.Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and moving weights of 5 - 25 pounds constantly and up to 65 pounds occasionally.Must have ability to reach above/below shoulder level for up to two-thirds of a full shift and also perform tasks involving repetitive motion for a full shift.Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
