Work Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am Job Summary: Neurodiagnostic Technician A Under limited supervision, performs standard and complex neurodiagnostic procedures, provides technical assistance and training to other technologists and students. Performs all the duties of the Neurodiagnostic Technologist B. Assists sedation nurses and doctors during sedation cases as required. Follows departmental grounding and electrical safety procedures. Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment; performs minor repairs, advises supervisor and clinical engineering of inoperable equipment. Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Associate's degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience. American Heart Association CPR Certification, R. EEG T. credential, Heart Saver Plus or Community CPR Course, Eligible for certification by ABRET. Imaging Radiology Additional Information
