We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The position involves receiving, shipping, inventory management, packing, and operating warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring adherence to company standards and deadlines. Manage inventory tasks, including stock checks, record updates, and coordinating with other teams for accuracy. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification required or provided). Handle and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Identify and address operational issues to improve overall warehouse efficiency. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Requirements:
some experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role. Forklift certification and proven experience operating warehouse equipment. Strong ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely. Proficient in inventory management and basic warehouse systems or tools. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. A positive attitude, commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
