Job Highlights
This position is a hybrid position that will alternate weeks between the San Gabriel location in Round Rock and the Falcon Ridge location in Hutto. Primary responsibilities for this role will be painting and prepping rooms for new residents along with daily floor care in between meal times. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is required. Position Summary
The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care.
Posted Salary Range
USD $19.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus Knowledge of safety regulations required Reliable source of transportation and valid driver's license required Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility Benefits
