Well-established import dealership in Plymouth County, MA is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead their service department into the future. This is a well-run store with a loyal customer base and positive reputation in the community. This isn't a turnaround situation - it's a chance to build on a strong foundation and make your mark.

The service department has a stable and productive team of technicians - many of whom have been with the store for over a decade - and a reliable group of advisors that consistently deliver tier 1 CSI!

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys team development and driving performance through accountability, training, and process. The department has room to grow, and the dealer is committed to providing the support needed to make that happen.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department Create and implement processes to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability in the service department. Set a clear vision for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance goals. Hold daily and weekly meetings for the department, as well as 1:1s with individual team members. Ensure the department has green CSI through building and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring that they receive high-quality service. Oversee the Service Advisors and ensure that ROs are written up and closed out in a timely manner. Manage and supervise the service technicians, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards and within established timelines. Provide training to service technicians to help them improve their skills and knowledge. Recruit, interview and train service staff; handle performance reviews Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty Develop and manage budgets and operating plans for the service department, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the latest automotive technologies and stay current on industry trends. Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Ensure the Service area is customer-customer ready with proper displays and information Other duties as required Compensation:

Compensation range will be in the $135,000 - $180,000 range based on experience and performance. Full benefits package provided. How To Apply:
