Job Description:
Responsible for implementing and supporting the Esko WebCenter artwork solutions Esko WebCenter Master Data, Configuration, and Interfaces As a Esko WebCenter Responsible for requirements, test coordination, testing the solution per the Artwork requirements. Responsible for system validation Work with the Esko WebCenter to provide the required support to implement the solution. Change Control Management System (ServiceNow) Responsible for testing and validation using Client ALM Provide technical assistance by collaborating with Partners, Business teams, and Infrastructure teams Collaborate with technical and business resources throughout the project life cycle; documenting business plans, data design specifications, test plans, and validated testing documents, delivering implementation plans and service level agreements, and providing production support for business users and business service providers Understanding of global Serialization regulatory requirements Maintain and update procedures as required Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
