Job Summary

The Local Restaurant Marketing Associate (LRMA) is a dynamic, community-focused role responsible for driving sales through local grassroots marketing initiatives and catering opportunities for Donatos Pizza in Frisco, TX. The LRMA will build and nurture relationships with local schools, businesses, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote the Donatos brand. This role plays a vital part in upholding Donatos' culture by acting as an Ambassador of Goodwill, aligning efforts with company initiatives, and coaching restaurant management teams on local marketing strategies. The greater the effort, the greater the reward in building sales and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with local schools, youth sports leagues, churches, non-profits, civic groups, and neighborhood associations. Represent Donatos at local events (e.g., marathons, festivals, charity drives) and coordinate community sponsorships and sampling opportunities. Actively participate in Chamber of Commerce events, community networking, and influencer marketing efforts. Sales Development & Catering Growth

Identify and grow large-order and catering opportunities with businesses, hotels, hospitals, and local offices. Develop tailored offerings and promotional materials for targeted community groups (e.g., apartment complexes, car dealerships, HOAs). Generate and follow up on catering leads, working with restaurant management to fulfill orders and ensure a positive guest experience. Local Marketing Execution

Develop and execute Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) action plans to drive neighborhood visibility and brand awareness. Distribute flyers, manage local postings (e.g., hotel lobbies, office boards), and deploy door-to-door or digital offers as needed. Track and report on outreach efforts, results, and opportunities. Local Opportunities Community Organizations : Engage with Chambers of Commerce, food bloggers, local influencers, government entities, police/fire departments, youth sports, churches, hospitals, and charitable events (e.g., blood drives, fun runs). Schools : Collaborate with public/private schools, colleges, trade schools, PTAs, athletic departments, and school clubs for fundraising and sponsorship opportunities. Living Communities : Target apartment complexes, large neighborhoods, condo associations, and HOAs with tailored offers and catering events. Hotels : Partner with hotels to provide offers for guests and staff, including flyer placements in lobbies where permitted. Local Businesses : Build relationships with neighboring businesses, car dealerships, and doctors' offices for catering orders and customer/employee promotions. Qualifications Prior experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or hospitality preferred Experience in the food/restaurant industry is a plus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Creative problem-solving and initiative in identifying local opportunities. Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for community events. Familiarity with the Frisco, TX, community and its key organizations is a plus. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for offsite visits and events Why Join Donatos?
