As a Hilton Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Hilton is known for. You are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and designated back-of-house areas, ensuring all areas meet or exceed Hilton brand and cleanliness standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, linens, and amenities to service assigned rooms.

· Follow Hilton’s safety protocols and knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.

· Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently within designated time standards, including bathrooms, windows, beds, and floors.

· Replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all items are restocked to brand standard.

· Follow proper procedures for reporting and handling of lost and found items.

· Ensure guest room doors are securely closed after servicing.

· Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and housekeeping storage rooms.

· Accurately report clean rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor for inspection.

· Immediately report maintenance issues, broken items, or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.

· Properly handle and return all room and section keys after each shift.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Assist other Housekeeping team members and departments when required.

· Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

· Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

· Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.

· Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

· Lift and carry up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

· Push and maneuver housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs.

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Maintain a professional appearance and comply with Hilton grooming standards.

Essential Job Functions / Funciones Esenciales: ·

Knock and announce “Housekeeping” antes de entrar a cualquier habitación.

·
