About the Position

The Digital Content Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling digital-first visual content that drives engagement across Aiphone's online marketing channels. This role specializes in producing high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and web assets. In addition, the designer will support brand storytelling through lifestyle imagery and product visuals that connect with our audience in real-world applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Design visually engaging content for digital platforms, including:

Social media graphics (static and animated) Email campaign visuals Web banners and landing page assets Paid digital advertisements

Develop and edit product and lifestyle imagery for use across web and digital media Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals Maintain consistency in visual identity across all digital content Support campaign launches with fast-turn, high-impact creative Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines Additional Responsibilities

include the following.

Assist with video editing as needed, including trimming footage, adding motion graphics or text overlays, and formatting for digital distribution. Contribute to motion graphics or animations for increased engagement on digital channels Inter-relationship

Relationship of position with internal, lateral and external groups.

Interacts with co-workers as a team member. Works closely with Marketing members, factory marketing personnel, field sales management, department managers, and senior/executive management. Works with and maintains relationships with outside vendors

Education and Related Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work is required. Work may include class projects, internships, freelance/contract work, or personal design work. Experience designing for:

Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Digital advertising formats (Google Ads, social media ads)

Experience with product/lifestyle photography or visual storytelling preferred REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with digital-first tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is a bonus Detail-oriented, creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with a team Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback into design revisions Strong time management skills in a deadline-driven environment Steady paced, able to work consistently with many distractions. Must be able to work within a team and independently. Must be able to maintain an organized schedule with competing priorities, executing plans within scheduled deadlines. Physical Demands:
