What you'll do Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (ILS, CPC, social media). Own website performance and enhancements; administer CMS updates. Support integrations and automations between marketing and property systems. Translate campaign data into KPI dashboards and actionable insights. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading digital strategies across web, content, email, social and paid media. Skilled at cross-functional project management, vendor coordination, and presenting to stakeholders. Proven success boosting traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven optimization. Proficiency with CMS, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM. Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related. **Candidates with Real Estate or Multifamily marketing experience preferred. Benefits
