Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Duties and Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you'll carry out the following duties with or without reasonable accommodation: Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to your leader. Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and perform cleaning tasks. Ensure shelves and merchandise displays are stocked neatly. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers effectively. Offer constructive feedback to management regarding products and inventory. Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness. Follow merchandising planograms for appealing displays. Organize new inventory and dispose of empty boxes properly. Operate equipment safely and adhere to all safety protocols. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the store. Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Provide excellent customer service. Perform general cleaning to maintain company standards. Understand and apply company policies and procedures. Possess strong verbal communication skills. Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Manage time effectively. Knowledge of company products and services is a plus. Additional Requirements: For Cashiers: Ability to efficiently operate a cash register and comply with local alcohol sale regulations. For Stock Associates: Must have morning availability, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and be able to operate equipment safely. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates relevant knowledge.
