The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support our recruitment efforts by managing various aspects of the hiring process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities within our organization.

Help create and post job descriptions on various platforms Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and recruitment metrics; ensure data accuracy and compliance Identify and research new job boards and innovative sourcing avenues, including industry-specific associations, groups, and other platforms as needed Monitor status and success of job advertisements; update and renew advertisements to ensure they are timely and relevant Collaborate closely with recruiters to maximize candidate flow and ensure alignment on sourcing strategies and hiring needs Other supporting duties as assigned Qualifications
1 year of experience in a professional setting preferred Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
