Electronics Maintenance Technician ! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the top performance of electronic systems across our City bus fleet. As an Electronics Maintenance Technician, your duties will include: System Maintenance & Repair:
Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all electronic systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Utilize your strong understanding of electronic principles to diagnose issues effectively and efficiently using test equipment like meters and oscilloscopes. Component Replacement:
Identify defective parts, repair, or replace as necessary to restore system performance. Field Support:
Provide timely field repairs for road failures to minimize service disruptions. Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with city personnel and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. Inventory & Logistics:
Manage inventory control for electronic components and coordinate returns to manufacturers for repair. Training & Development:
Aid in training other maintenance personnel, sharing your expertise and knowledge. Documentation:
Keep accurate performance and maintenance records as required. Peak Performance:
Ensure assigned systems operate at peak levels through continuous monitoring. Adherence to Standards:
Execute work according to specifications and electrical codes. This position works
Sunday - Thursday, starting at 7:00 am . We offer a starting pay rate of
$23.45/hour . If you meet the following qualifications, we want you on our team: Technical Acumen:
Knowledge of electronics to perform inspections and repairs. Problem-Solving Skills:
