What You'll Do: Perform general maintenance and repair services Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with preventative maintenance and safety procedures, including fire drills and ensuring adequate lighting and water supply Maintain documentation, participate in surveys, and adhere to safety regulations Have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment What You'll Need: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or healthcare setting
