What You'll Do
As an essential part of our talent acquisition process, the recruiter will support high-volume hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the construction field, including laborers, tradespeople, project managers, and skilled technicians.
Candidate Sourcing
: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, recruitment databases, and networking events to proactively source and identify top talent for high-demand construction roles.
Screening/Interviewing
: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements. Schedule and conduct initial interviews to determine fit for open positions.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by keeping in touch with potential hires and maintaining relationships for future job openings
What You Bring
You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field is a plus
Construction experience is a plus
No prior recruitment experience required, but prior exposure to customer service, staffing or administrative roles is a plus.
