Pamarco's Atlanta, GA location is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible to perform the associated duties related to the repair of plant equipment, buildings and grounds. Required to work on projects involving the fabrication alternatives or modifications of plant manufacturing equipment, buildings and facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities/Qualifications: Maintenance Mechanic that has 5 plus years in an industrial setting Proficient in motors, HVAC, AC/DC drives, 480V, meters, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC's, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, machine rebuilds and pumps Welding using Mig, Tig, and Stick and fabrication experience Able to work from drawings, rough sketches and manuals Can fabricate using mills, lathes, grinders Able to level and secure equipment per manufacture requirements Able to run conduit, black pipe, copper pipe, and PVC as required Perform Preventive maintenance, and maintain records Preform all OHSA required daily, weekly, monthly annual inspections and maintain records Perform all work with Strict adherence to quality, housekeeping, and safety policies Work with contractors as required Order replacement parts as required
Exceptional verbal communications skills, team player, ability to work well with peers Maintain production equipment 8-10 hours a day Monday thru Friday Willing to work overtime as required to maintain equipment, work Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as required Process Improvement and 5S Perform all related duties as assigned by management
