Join Our Team as a Soccer Hospitality Manager!
Are you passionate about sports, events, and hospitality? We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Manager to play a crucial role in planning and executing exciting events and marketing programs. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office) based in Stamford, CT, with consideration for remote work aligned with East Coast hours.
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with a significant 2026 FIFA World Cup sponsor, bringing your expertise in event management to our hospitality operations. You will also take part in three major music festivals taking place in July and August 2025 across Europe and the USA.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the account team in the daily planning and management of global hospitality programs.
Researching and managing suppliers for branding, accommodation, and transportation.
Collaborating with client procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure effective vendor selection and contracting.
Coordinating meetings with internal teams, clients, and third-party agencies, including logistics for accommodation and transport.
Participating in workshops and site visits related to projects.
Managing account administration tasks, including status documents and budget tracking.
Leading communication with music festival organizers, particularly regarding ticketing and operations.
Developing and executing the guest communication plan.
Setting up and managing online portals for guest registration.
Assisting in the production of operational manuals and reports as needed.
Updating guest information and sharing details with relevant on-site managers.
Executing on-site event delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests.

Experience working on major sporting events such as Olympics or FIFA World Cups.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for solving problems with creative solutions.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to present confidently.
Willingness to travel and work weekends during event periods.
Agency experience and fluency in additional languages are a plus.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on multiple projects at once. The anticipated travel level is moderate (20-45%).
