In this fully remote role with occasional travel, you'll support a dynamic executive team by managing high-impact schedules, coordinating media appearances, and overseeing all logistics related to live and virtual events. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the central point of communication between departments, partners, and guests. Accountabilities:

Coordinate and maintain a dynamic executive calendar, ensuring readiness for meetings, interviews, and public appearances. Monitor email and Voxer communication, flagging high-priority messages and organizing inboxes for efficiency. Manage logistics for internal meetings, media interviews, podcasts, and live events - from scheduling to presentation prep. Act as the key liaison between the executive and multiple internal teams including PR, Marketing, Events, and Affiliates. Support the planning and execution of live and virtual events: coordinate venues, materials, travel, and setup. Ensure the executive is equipped for presentations with all required tools and materials. Collaborate with media teams for live filming and class recordings. Provide on-site support during events, including evenings and weekends when needed. Assist with campaign execution by aligning schedules across internal initiatives and external partnerships. Manage executive gifting processes and ensure thoughtful brand-aligned guest experiences. Requirements

3+ years of experience in event coordination, executive support, or media logistics. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and anticipate needs. Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and warm communication style. Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and navigating fast-paced environments. Proficient in Google Workspace, Monday.com, scheduling platforms, and communication tools like Voxer. Preferred but not required:

Experience supporting a public-facing executive, author, or influencer; familiarity with the health, wellness, or functional medicine space. Benefits
