here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise for our Niagara building automation systems. Your in-depth knowledge of
Niagara software
and systems will be essential in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues to ensure the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will report directly to the onsite manager at DFW Airport and you'll work out of our DFW Airport location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and functionality of our building automation systems, contributing to the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of our customers' facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with
Niagara building automation systems
Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on complex technical issues
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades as required
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide technical support and solutions
Conduct system testing and commissioning
Provide training and guidance to customers and colleagues on Niagara systems
YOU MUST HAVE
Must have
3-5+ yrs of HVAC Building Automation experience
or Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building controls systems
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Niagara Technician or in a similar Software experience
In-depth knowledge of Niagara building automation systems
In-depth knowledge of control systems, plans, specifications, and solid understanding of contracting relationships
Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills with experience in technical phone or onsite customer support including good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel both locally to customer sites and overnight up to 25% as workload demands
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record ability to pass background check

• Niagara AX or N4 certification
• Experience with other building automation systems
