Insight Global is seeking a dynamicHuman Resources Generalistto join our client, a growing financial services firm based in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible hybrid/remote work schedule.
As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the companys people strategy across both domestic and international teams. Youll be responsible for building and managing HR processes and policies that align with business goals and foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management
-Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure service-level agreements are met
-Support and guide a distributed, remote workforce with a focus on engagement and performance
-Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and regulations
-Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee development
-Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational planning

Skills and Requirements
-4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or financial services environment
-Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or related 3rd party vendor (ex: Deel, TriNet, Justworks, ADP, etc)
-Experience managing payroll and benefits, ideally across multiple states or countries -Prior start up experience is a plus
-Financial services experience is a plus
-HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus null
