About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead our groundbreaking partnership strategy and execution. In this crucial role, you will manage a team focused on driving significant growth in recurring revenue through the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new strategic distribution partners. Your expertise will be vital in forging alliances that broaden our market reach.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a robust partnership strategy.
Defining partner program tiers and ensuring we consistently meet sales growth targets.
Overseeing the complete lifecycle of partner engagement, from prospecting to successful onboarding.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create impactful co-marketing initiatives.
Ideal candidates will possess:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record of building and scaling successful strategic partnership programs.
Experience meeting recurring revenue sales quotas and a thorough understanding of B2B and B2B2C sales models.
Proficiency in CRM software and a proactive approach toward emerging AI technologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to foster a collaborative team environment and ensure cross-functional alignment.
